Refund policy

Returns
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on our items. We do, however, offer exchanges. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days has past since your purchase, please note that we can no longer offer you an exchange on that item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused/unworn, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift Cards

    To complete your exchange (via email), we require proof of purchase, as well as, your order number.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged.     

    If you need to exchange an item, for a different size or colour (that is in stock), then please email us at hello@lightofthelotus.com.au  

    Once we have approved your exchange via email, please mail your product to:

    Please note that you will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs for your items. 

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
