Bagels to die for! (makes 6 bagel halves) Serves 2-3

Ingredients
3 bagels, halved & toasted
100g cream cheese
1-2 avocados, smashed
100g smoked salmon
crumbled feta
chives, chopped
chilli flakes (optional)
Method
- Halve & toast the bagels in a toaster or on a griddle pan.
- Spread the cream cheese over each bagel half.
- Smash the avocado & season with salt, pepper & chilli flakes (optional). Spread over each bagel half.
- Slice the smoked salmon into thin slivers & arrange over each bagel half.
- Crumble over feta.
- Sprinkle over chives & season to taste.
