Breakfast bagels to die for!

Bagels to die for! (makes 6 bagel halves) Serves 2-3

Ingredients

3 bagels, halved & toasted

100g cream cheese

1-2 avocados, smashed 

100g smoked salmon

crumbled feta

chives, chopped 

chilli flakes (optional)

 

Method

  1. Halve & toast the bagels in a toaster or on a griddle pan.
  2. Spread the cream cheese over each bagel half.
  3. Smash the avocado & season with salt, pepper & chilli flakes (optional). Spread over each bagel half.
  4. Slice the smoked salmon into thin slivers & arrange over each bagel half.
  5. Crumble over feta.
  6. Sprinkle over chives & season to taste.
